The purpose and goal of this group is to promote the appreciation of art and artists, and inspire artists and the community,
with dedication to providing a place for comeraderi and fine art education.
Scholarships and Grants are available for schools, college art programs, students, organizations that have art programs
or provide housing for students.  Free Art Classes on Moonlight Beach in Encinitas, and the nursing home traveling art show ART CART,  are  highlights of this group.

FREE BEACH ART CLASSES on Moonlight Beach, In Encinitas.

Class meets Tuesday Morning at Moonlight Beach, Encinitas, behind
the Snack Bar, near the volley ball court, at 9:30 am.  Wear warm clothes and
bring something to put on the concrete bench to sit on. (Concrete is hard and cold.)   Take Highway
5 to Encinitas Blvd, then go west. all the way till you see the sand, and there we are!  Find a parking space in the lot up on the southern hill, or
on the street close by.  If it rains or there is another reason for class not meeting on Tuesday check here for reschedule
or updated information where we will meet.
Bring your own supplies, or use ours.  We accept donations for the class and supplies should you wish to give.

We, the people, are the gallery- we are not a room full of pictures. We work outside with the public.   We are still looking for a new permanent home for our classroom and studio and office.

ART CART   Calling all artists to participate, let us borrow your small art peices for the day, to use in a traveling show, that goes to nursing homes.
